Extremely sensitive personal information submitted online (i.e. Social security number, employer, pay stubs, etc.) will not be used in way other than to lease apartments.

Information such as email addresses, phone numbers, first and last names, and addresses are strictly used for marketing objectives, aggregating information for reporting and analytics, communication, training and quality assurance, and any other purpose with your consent.

Tracking Phone Numbers: On some of our websites, we include a “click to call” tracking phone number. By clicking this button, you are opting-in to recorded phone calls. We may record the date, time, length of your call, and the phone number from which it came. These tracking numbers depend on which property is being contacted and the properties with tracking numbers change frequently.

Information Usage: We do not sell or transfer any of your information to third parties or mass marketers. Unless you consent to the disclosure of your information, only we and our affiliates, our technical consultants, third party auditors and other third parties who make our Site available, enhance its functionality or provide associated services and/or who deal with you in delivering content, samples, products, gifts and prizes, have access to this information, and we require them to agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
